To find out what the Real Relay is then you can see my first report on it here. Unfortunately at the time of writing the organisers have been told that there is no way they will be allowed to finish in the Olympic Stadium when the baton gets to the end of it’s route. That just seems so wrong! So far over 2000 runners have been involved and over £10,000 has been raised for charity. Please go to the link below to sign the petition and hopefully Lord Coe, LOCOG or the Olympic Delivery Authority will see sense and let a runner with the baton finish inside the stadium. By the time it gets there it will have travelled over 7377 miles on foot continuously over 55 days. Please share this link and get all of your friends to support it as well.
